Water is simply the best option because it is what your body needs and you will be a lot healthier drinking it on regular basis. Adding lemon to plain water can solve the problem of some of them not liking the bland taste of water.
Lemons of course are all natural and all you would need to do is squeeze into your water and there you would have a nice and healthy drink.
